Let's Go Racin' Boys

Once a month, some Hobby Car Racers set up shop at a shopping center by where I live. I stopped by today to watch some racing. Like most racing, watching in person can be a little hard to follow, but the MC kept us on track. I shot a short Flip clip of it...as you can see it is kind of hard to keep up with those little buggers.

Low Country Boil

My first Flip video posting on this blog started on Thanksgiving 07 with the Hot Dog Trilogy. Now, in 2008, we are back with a low country boil. My brother David bought in some very nice Gulf shrimp to top it off. They look so good, but unfortunately, I could not partake because of my affliction of shellfish allergy. But I enjoyed other good stuff like pork chops and sausage. Here brother Dave gets the process rolling. Would the family pull together for another great dish? Oh yeah!
