Thursday Night

Here's a shot from Thursday night with Maria, a co-meeting associate from Germany, after dinner. We enjoyed five different styles of Singapore cusine. Good food and very spicy. Chicken, beef and lamb are the staples there. My favorite at this dinner was smoked Duck breast with a hot chilli sauce.

Maria was great company and she was off to China for three weeks after this meeting. She's a true world traveler.

BTW - That's a Tiger Beer in my hand. The official beer of Singapore.
